of the Rules of participation:

2) the competition FREE 'ART intends to invite young artists to confront the unusual condition that contemporary society is facing: the unconditional consumption of natural resources and goods of various kinds of energy, materials, people, places , knowledge, traditions and experiences are driving the exponential increase in environmental degradation.
3) young people interested in participating in the competition, are inviteti to invest their creativity to bring works of art related to the theme: Life and Environment between past, present and future of our country and our planet
4) The competition provides involves the use of plastic arts (painting, sculpture, engraving) ... ... Public art (interventions and creative invention of urban spaces) and so on. There are no limits or technical matters, but the class is required 'adherence to the theme, and through our use of materials scartoe / or waste to be transformed into a work of art is through the representation of specific aspects of the relationship between man and nature
